Business Planning Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic “Business Planning Manager” to support the CEO in executing the bank’s strategy and optimizing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Assist in the development and execution of the bank’s strategic plans to ensure growth, profitability, and sustainability.
• Align business objectives with the bank’s vision and mission, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to set long-term and short-term goals for the bank.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning, strategy development, or financial analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
• Languages: Arabic & English (is a must)

Nationality: Iraqi Nationals 

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
