On Monday 1/9/2023, Ashur International Bank for Investment held the Authority meeting of the general assembly in the presence of the shareholders.

   At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman of the session, Mr. Noor Al-Handal, welcomed the shareholders, representatives of the Central Bank of Iraq, the Registrar of Companies and the auditors.

   Meeting was attended by the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, Mr. Ziad Fatayer, and members of the executive management.

   The General Assembly took the following decisions:

   1- Approving the report of the Board of Directors unanimously for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2021.

   2- Unanimously approve the final accounts for the year ending on 12/31/2021

   3 Unanimously approve the auditors’ report on the final accounts for the year ending on 12/31/2021

   4 Unanimously approve the report of the Audit Committee for the fiscal year ending in 2021 and appoint the Audit Committee for the year 2022.

   5- Appointing auditors for the fiscal year 2022, Mr. Mustafa Fouad Abbas and his partners, and the company of Mr. Firas Ismail Kurban Ali and his partner.

   6- Discharge of the chairman and members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2021.

   7- Approving the distribution of profits for the fiscal year 2021.
